If a serious incident involving a Sugaryy user happened outside of the app,we strongly encourage you to report it to us so we can take appropriate action. On the requests page, under Your Issue, select Safety and Reporting to submit your request.
How to Submit a Report
When reaching out, please include as much information as possible to help us review your report quickly:
- Details of the incident, including what happened and when it occurred
- The person’s profile information, such as their name, age, bio, and photos (screenshots are strongly recommended)

Any additional identifying details you may have, including:
- Location
- Phone number
- Email address
- A link to their Facebook profile
We take these reports very seriously. The more information you can provide, the faster our team can investigate and take appropriate action.
