Whether you’ve found your match or you’re just taking a break, closing your Sugaryy account is easy. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your profile.
Steps to Permanently Delete Your Account
- Open the Sugaryy app and sign in.
- Tap your profile photo on the far right of the navigation bar.
- Tap the gear icon to open Account Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Once your account is deleted, all your photos, messages, and interactions will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important Things to Know
- Deleting the app does not delete your account.
- If you’ve already removed the app, contact our Support Team for help.
If You Have an Active Subscription
Sugaryy + and Sugaryy X subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
On iPhoneIf you subscribed through the App Store or Apple ID:
- Open your Apple Subscriptions page.
- Select Sugaryy .
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you subscribed directly through Sugaryy (via Stripe), deleting your account ill immediately cancel your subscription and any remaining benefits.
On Android
- Open your Google Play Subscriptions page.
- Select Sugaryy .
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
