Welcome to Sugaryy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sugaryy dating application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
To use Sugaryy, you must:

- Be legally permitted to use the service

Users are encouraged to interact responsibly and report suspicious activity.
Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
- Sugaryy may offer paid subscriptions or premium features
- Pricing and duration are clearly shown before purchase
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are governed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies
Content Ownership
- Users retain ownership of the content they upload
- By uploading content, you grant Sugaryy permission to display it within the app
- Sugaryy may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines
Account Suspension & Termination
Sugaryy may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Safety or moderation concerns
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Users may delete their account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Sugaryy is provided on an “as is” basis.
Sugaryy is not liable for:
- User conduct or interactions
