Sugaryy’s Policy on Sexual Violence and Threatening Conduct

Your safety is our top priority. Sugaryy takes threats of harm seriously and will act when someone or something poses a risk to you or others.

We work with law enforcement as needed and respond to legitimate requests.

Engaging in sexual conduct without consent is not only against Sugaryy rules but also illegal. It can result in serious consequences, including civil or criminal liability. If a criminal investigation occurs, we fully cooperate with authorities.

For more details, see our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates Sugaryy’s guidelines, you can report it easily:

Submitting false or malicious reports is not allowed and may lead to action against your account.

User Verification and Criminal Background Checks

Important: No verification or screening process can guarantee someone is safe. Always use caution when meeting new people online or in person. For safety tips, see our Safe Dating Advice.

Eligibility for Users with a Criminal History

Anyone convicted of, or who pled no contest to, a felony or a crime involving sexual misconduct or violence cannot use Sugaryy. If we discover a user has a disqualifying criminal history, we immediately ban their account.

Consequences for Rule Violations

We take all reports of misconduct seriously. When a report is made:

  1. We review it promptly.
  2. If a violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use is confirmed, we take action.

Consequences may include:

For serious cases, bans can apply across the entire Match Group portfolio.

We limit what we share about reports to protect the privacy and safety of everyone involved. Users can appeal actions taken against their accounts.

Notifications to Matches

In line with Colorado law, if a user is banned for known or suspected fraudulent behavior, we notify Colorado users who have exchanged messages with that person.

Otherwise, account information is disclosed only in limited situations, such as a lawful subpoena or when required by law.
