At Sugaryy, your privacy is our top priority. We want you to feel in control of your information at all times. If you have a privacy request, here’s how you can manage your data and account.
If you need help, submit a request through our Support Bot in the lower right corner of the app and select Privacy Requests to reach our team.
Accessing Your Data (Data Export Requests)
If your profile is still active, you can download your personal data directly from the Sugaryy app.
- Exports are usually ready within 30 days, but may take longer for large files or high request volumes.
- Your data will only be available for 48 hours after it’s ready.
- Exports will not include personal information about other Sugaryy members.
Steps to download your data in the app:
- Open the Sugaryy app and sign in.
- Tap your Photo Icon (top right).
- Go to Account Settings.
- Tap Download My Data.
- Select your Country.
- Tap Download My Data again.
- Confirm your email address and tap Submit.
For banned members: Scroll to the Legal section on the Ban Notification screen and select Download My Data to start your request.
Once submitted, you’ll receive notifications when your request is received and when your data is ready. Remember, the download link expires after 48 hours.
If your account is closed: The in-app tool won’t work. You can still request your data by submitting a Privacy Request via the Support Bot and selecting “I want to access or download my data.”
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your profile:
- Sign in to the Sugaryy app.
- Tap your Photo Icon (top right).
- Tap the Gear Icon to open Account Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Important: This deletes all your content, including photos, chat history, and interactions. Simply uninstalling the app does not close your account. Contact our Support Team if you need help after deleting the app.
Managing Subscriptions
Make sure to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
iPhone (App Store / Apple ID)
- Go to your Subscription page.
- Tap Sugaryy.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

Sugaryy Payment (Stripe)
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. Remaining subscription benefits will be lost permanently. Creating a new account will not restore the original subscription benefits.
Android (Google Play)
- Go to your Subscription page.
- Tap Sugaryy.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow instructions.
- For details, visit Google Play’s support page.
Correcting or Updating Profile Information
You can edit or adjust your profile and preferences anytime in the Sugaryy app:
- Edit info on your Profile screen.
- Adjust your preferences and privacy settings.
