Need a Refund? Here’s How It Works
If you’re looking to request a refund, this guide will help point you in the right direction. Please note that most purchases are non-refundable, though a few exceptions may apply.
Virtual Items: All virtual items (such as Roses or Boosts) are final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions (Purchased Within the Last 14 Days)
How you request a refund depends on where and how you subscribed.
Android Devices
Google manages all refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
- Request a refund through Google’s support page
- Follow Google’s cancellation instructions to cancel your subscription
iOS Devices (iPhone / iPad)
If you subscribed through the App Store or Apple ID
- Sugaryy cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple
- Contact Apple Customer Support to request a refund
- Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions to cancel your subscription
If you subscribed using Sugaryy payment (Stripe)
If your subscription was purchased within the last 14 days, please contact our Support Team to request a refund.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Apple ID
- Refunds must be requested directly from Apple
- Sugaryy cannot process these refunds
If you subscribed using Sugaryy payment or on Android
Requests must be submitted in writing. Please mail or deliver a signed and dated notice stating that you are canceling your subscription. Include:
- The email or phone number linked to your Sugaryy account
- Your order number
