For security reasons, Sugaryy doesn’t allow phone numbers on accounts to be changed.
If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your account, don’t worry—reach out to us and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.
While we can’t update the phone number on an existing account, we can delete the account connected to your old number. You’ll then be able to create a new account using your current phone number. Please note that deleting the account will permanently remove all data from the old account.
When contacting us, be sure to include your previous phone number and clearly confirm that you authorize us to delete the account linked to it.
