How do I request a copy of my personal data?

If your Sugaryy profile is still active, you can request a data export directly from the app. Most requests are ready within 30 days, and your export will be available for 48 hours before it expires, keeping your information secure.

Note: Not all data can be exported. For privacy reasons, your export does not include personal information about other Sugaryy members you’ve matched or interacted with.

How to Request Your Data in the App

  • Sign in to the Sugaryy app.
  • Tap your Photo Icon on the far right of the navigation bar.
  • Tap the Settings (Gear Icon).
  • Scroll down and tap Download My Data.
  • Select your country.
  • Tap Download My Data again.
  • Confirm your email address.
  • Tap Submit.

Banned Accounts

If your account is banned, you can still request your data using the in-app Download My Data tool:

  • On the Ban Notification screen, scroll down to the Legal section.
  • Tap Download My Data to start your request.

Once submitted, you’ll get a notification confirming we received your request, and another when your data is ready. Exports are available for 48 hours, so if you miss the window, you must resubmit.

Deleted Accounts

If you’ve closed your Sugaryy account, you cannot use the in-app Download My Data feature. Instead, contact us directly:

  • Tap Submit a Request via either the Support Bot or our Request Form.
  • Choose Privacy Request as the support topic.
  • Under “Tell us more…”, select I want to access or download my data from the dropdown.

Important: If your account was closed previously, some data may have been permanently deleted following Sugaryy’s data retention policy. For details, check the Privacy Policy.
