Reporting a Profile in the App
- Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the profile or chat.
- Select Report and choose the reason for your report.
- Submit the report — the profile will be removed.
Confidentiality Matters:
- You won’t see the reported profile again.
- The person you reported will not see your profile.
- If you report someone from your Matches, they will no longer be able to view your conversation or match.
Reporting Outside the App
If you can’t report directly in the app, you can contact us with these details:
- The reason for your report
- The person’s name, age, bio, and photos (screenshots help!)
- Any extra details that might help, such as:
- Phone number
- Email address
- A link to their Facebook profile
When submitting via our form, choose Safety and Reporting as your issue.
