If your account has been banned, it means we identified activity that violated Sugaryy’s Terms of Service. We take these violations seriously to help maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy community.
If your account is banned, you won’t be able to create a new Sugaryy account. However, you may submit an appeal.
Why Was My Account Banned?
In some cases, you may see the reason for your ban directly within the app.
In many situations, we’re unable to share specific details about a ban. We know this can be frustrating, but decisions are based on multiple factors, including:
- Reports from other users
- Review by our trained moderation team
- Automated safety and enforcement systems
Limiting the information we share helps protect the privacy of people who report violations and ensures the integrity of the Sugaryy community.
We do not respond to requests for additional details about bans. Ban reasons are not included in data export requests.
Who Makes the Final Decisions?
All final decisions are made by Sugaryy’s moderation team. Team members receive
extensive training and come from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences,
helping ensure decisions are fair and well-informed.
